i was in the Atlanta area last weekend for the Ren Faire, and on the way back home, we stopped at Morgan’s Market. it’s a cute and HUGE plant market where they sell a variety of flowers, fruit and veggie plants, and supplies/nick nacks from local vendors. the staff was very friendly and helpful. i definitely recommend this place if you’re in the Newnan area looking for something neat to see 😎

i went camping for the first time last weekend. like, legitimate camping- setting up a tent, sleeping on an air mattress with sleeping bags, packing approximately 2937381973 snacks for the weekend, and peeing in the woods… that last part is a very ✨humbling✨ experience. I’m sharing photos of some of the scenery and folliage because I live in a beautiful state ♥️

what a fun event we had yesterday at Patio 901! everything was put together by Millie’s Treats, LLC and Keelie did a wonderful job! from social posts, to making the cocktail specials menu, to rocking a surprise 13 WMAZ interview, and every detail in between! I am so grateful to have been allowed to photograph the event. it was so much fun trying drinks and meeting all the cute doggos! I can’t wait to work with Millie’s Treats again soon 😁♥️

I finally made my way to Arena Acres! Arena Acres is located in Perry, Georgia, on Kings Chapel Rd before ending at Arena Rd. the farm is owned and operated by a young family that inherited the land from the wife’s great grandfather. on their Facebook and Instagram, they post their “u-pick” days where, for $10 a Solo cup, you can go to their farm and pick as many flowers you can fit into a Solo cup. the family’s hope is to expand the farm with even more flowers, vegetables, and livestock, and to be large enough for school fieldtrips to educate kiddos about where their food comes from. “it starts at the seed!”

I can’t wait to make it back in a few weeks when they have their pumpkins and bigger sunflowers! shop locally, y’all!

a fun-filled getaway weekend to celebrate my birthday early! we started the weekend with blink-182 (😭😭😭), spent some time in the Krog area, went to Fernbank for the first time and just ADORED it (the sloth! she was amazing!), and ended it off with some adventures in Little Five Points. all in all, it was a great weekend, and I cannot wait to leave 30 behind 😅
