They went on a second date! Sadie said “Sam drove down today and took me for an arts & craft date and out to a nice restaurant, and we had a great time and planning our next date! 💖 we are yappers so I only got one photo and it kind of sucks but I’ll send more!” She also promised to take better (as if these aren’t PERFECTION) photos at their NEXT date 😜🥰🙏🏻

🥹 WHAT IS HAPPENING?!

The last couple of weeks have been absolutely WILD. I’ve gained SO many new followers, met so many amazing people, and received more support for my Stranger Shoots than I ever expected. 🤍🤍🤍

What started as a fun photography idea has turned into this whole little community of strangers meeting, connecting, laughing, getting awkward, and making memories together. 😂📸

And the best part? YOU GUYS are actually invested in these people’s stories. You’re watching the posts, guessing who will click, cheering them on, and following along for the reveals. It is so much fun reading all of your comments!

So seriously… THANK YOU. 🥹

🤍✨ A MONTH IN THE MAKING:
TIM & EMALEE ✨🤍

Tim & Emalee have been working towards this relationship for over 4 weeks now, and i definitely think it shows in this particular stranger shoot. They didn’t know each other’s names. They hadn’t seen each other’s faces. They just had my messages as their middle ground - and somehow, they started building a genuine connection through the little things that make up real life.

Their conversations weren’t just surface-level “what’s your favorite color?” questions. They talked about her life as a teacher, his life as a dad, his daughter’s t-ball games, what her school days hold, everyday activities, her car troubles that he tried to help her with without even knowing her name, and all the random little pieces of life in between. 🥹

And then today… they finally got to meet. 🤍

They quickly discovered they have SO much in common - they both love cooking, movies, YouTube videos, animals, and most importantly, they both have such a huge love for children. 🫶🏻 He’s a dad to a sweet daughter, and Emalee is a teacher who spends her days working with kids.

Tim also wanted to share something important: he has autism, and he wants people to know that all kinds of people deserve love. ❤️

And I couldn’t agree more.
There isn’t one “type” of person who deserves to be loved. There isn’t one perfect story, one perfect personality, or one perfect way to connect with someone. Sometimes love, friendship, or simply a beautiful connection can come from two people who are completely themselves.

Today was about two strangers finally meeting after a month of talking… and getting to see whether that connection they built without ever seeing each other’s faces was real.

And honestly, I think I can speak for Tim and Emalee when I say that the nerves, the laughs, the conversations, the little moments… it was SO worth the wait. 🥹🤍

Thank you, Tim & Emalee, for trusting me to be the messenger and for letting me capture the moment two strangers finally became a little less strange. 😂🤍
Now excuse me while I go stare at these photos because THEY. ARE. SO. GOOD. 😭🙌🏻

STRANGER SHOOT:

Okay… THIS is exactly why I love stranger shoots. 🥹

Kevin and Tressa walked into this shoot both nervous, both a little shy, and both probably wondering what they had gotten themselves into. 😂

And then somewhere between the nervous laughs, the awkward first few minutes, and trying to figure out how two complete strangers are supposed to pose like a couple…

the nerves just disappeared.
What happened next was the SWEETEST little transformation. 🥹🤍
Kevin is getting ready to head into the Army, while Tressa is a blue-collar girl, and neither of them have kids yet - but both would love to have a family someday. They came into this simply wanting to meet someone new and see what happened.

And somehow… they started looking like they had known each other way longer than an hour.

✨ The two of them sitting under the tree, laughing so hard they could barely look at each other.

🎠 A carousel ride that somehow turned into the most adorable little first-kiss moment.

🍧 Sharing a moment over popsicles like two teenagers who just realized they might have a crush on each other.
And honestly?

You can literally feel them blushing through these photos. 😭
There’s something about the way Kevin looks at Tressa ~ and the way Tessa can't stop smiling whenever he gets close - that gives the whole gallery this incredibly sweet first-love, butterflies-in-your-stomach, “wait… do I actually like this person?” kind of energy.
Nothing felt forced.
Nothing felt overly posed.
It was just two strangers slowly getting more comfortable with each other until the camera almost disappeared.
And THAT is my favorite kind of stranger shoot. 📸🤍
Maybe they found a new friend.
Maybe they found a crush.
Maybe this is the beginning of something neither of them expected.
Or maybe they simply got an evening full of laughs, butterflies, and some really freaking cute pictures.
Either way…

I think we can all agree these two were ADORABLE. 🥹

Kevin & Tressa, thank you for trusting me enough to be nervous together, laugh together, and let me capture those little moments in between. 🤍

🖤✨ Stranger Shoot Spotlight:
Sam & Sadie ✨🖤

Tonight’s Stranger Shoot was a little different… and I mean that in the BEST possible way. 🖤

Meet Sam & Sadie - alternative strangers who somehow manage to give “we look like we belong at a rock concert” AND “we’d absolutely stop to pet every dog we see” energy at the exact same time. 😂🐶🖤

These two were SO much fun to photograph.

They’re both HUGE animal people, with a very special mutual love for dogs. 🐾

They’re both into rock music, both covered in tattoos, and both have that edgy style that makes them immediately stand out in a crowd.
But what I loved most about them?
✝️ Their faith.

Both Sam and Sadie are Christians, but not in a surface-level, “I go to church sometimes” kind of way. They’re both genuinely serious about their walk with God and the role their faith plays in their lives.

And then you add in the fact that they’re both incredible conversationalists… and suddenly we’re not just taking pictures anymore. 😂
We’re talking.
About life.
About faith.
About animals.
About music.
About literally everything.
And THAT is exactly what I love about these shoots. 🤍
Because sometimes you meet people and immediately think:
“Oh yeah… I can already tell I’m going to like you.”

Sam & Sadie had that kind of energy.

🎸 Rock music? ✔️
🐶 Dog obsessed? ✔️
✝️ Serious about their faith? ✔️
💬 Can talk for hours? ✔️
😂 Fun to be around? ABSOLUTELY.

And just look at them. 🥹
Their vibe is honestly effortlessly them.

This is exactly why I love photographing people outside of the traditional “perfectly posed” idea of a photoshoot. I want your photos to actually feel like YOU - your personality, your relationship, your silly little quirks, your style, your story.

And Sam & Sadie?
They brought the personality. 🖤📸
