First up, the Michael Graham Seminar (Feb 7–8). Huge thank you to everyone who came out, worked dogs, asked questions, and made it such a great weekend. It’s always awesome getting to capture these moments of learning, teamwork, and progress.

Second, the Memorial Bite Night Fundraiser (March 20) hosted by Twin Cities PSA & Canine Evolution in memory of our fellow handler, decoy, and friend, Romario “Ro” Romain. This was an incredibly special night and it was so much fun, I’m honored to have been there to document it.

❄️ Happy Winter Solstice ❄️
Today marks the shortest day and longest night of the year. From here on out, the days slowly begin to grow longer, something we especially look forward to here in Minnesota as we inch our way toward spring and those long, sun-filled summer days.

Even in the cold and darkness, it’s comforting to know the sun will return a little more each day. Light a candle, embrace the quiet, and remember that brighter days are ahead.

Winter is also a beautiful time for photography. Snowy landscapes, soft light, and cozy winter textures make for stunning and unique photo sessions. If you have been thinking about winter portraits, now is a perfect time to capture something a little different and timeless.

I had the privilege of being asked to do this adorable doggy maternity shoot, surrounded by bright yellow flowers and soft, glowing light. A few weeks later, I had the joy of returning to meet her new little ones, a bundle of curious, wiggly puppies discovering the world for the very first time. Their tiny paws, sleepy snuggles, and playful energy made the whole session feel like pure sunshine.

Being able to capture the very beginning of their story is such an honor, and it’s these moments that remind me why I love what I do.

If you’re bringing home a puppy, ask us about our “Watch Me Grow” package. It’s a heartfelt way to preserve your puppy’s journey from those first tiny steps all the way to their grown-up adventures.

Final post for the Key City Kennel Club’s FastCAT event! All photos from all days are now uploaded and ready to view. As always you can purchase prints or digital downloads directly from the site. Be sure to check out the packages section if you plan on buying more than 10 photos for a discount.

The gallery will stay up until at least the end of November. After that, it may be taken down, and you would need to contact me directly if you would like to order photos.

The FastCAT photos from Key City Kennel Club are here, and I couldn’t wait to share them with you. Friday and Saturday are finished, and I’m putting the final touches on Sunday’s now. As soon as they’re ready, I’ll post an update so you’ll know the full gallery is live.

The event link is already active, so you can start browsing through the photos right away. Prints and digital downloads are available directly through the site, and this is the best time to grab your favorites while everything is fresh. If you have any questions, I’m always happy to help.

Since I've had a few people reach out inquiring about photos from the Key City Kennel Club FastCat event, I just wanted to update everyone on where things are at! I'd like to thank you all for your interest in the photos. I promise you I'm working hard to finish them and anticipate they should be done by this weekend! I will post again on my socials when everything is done and have all the details about purchasing at that time. In the meantime, if you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. I had an amazing time at the event and hope to be invited back for more events like this in the future!
