Some of you may know my Mom was an antique collector and painted a little. 🧑‍🎨 So, I’ve been lucky enough to have a few beautiful vintage frames. 🖼️

Painting, dancing, and adding layers all mirror life in the same quiet, powerful way: nothing meaningful appears all at once—it’s built, felt, and revised over time.

🎨Those first strokes aren’t mistakes, they’re foundations. Each layer adds depth, even the messy ones letting pieces show through in ways that give character and meaning.

💃 With dance & movement; you adjust to rhythm, to missteps, to unexpected turns. The same is true in life: control is limited, but participation is everything. You learn by moving, not by standing still too long.

🌿Life isn’t about getting it “right” on the first try. It’s about staying in motion, allowing change, growing, and trusting that each layer—each step, each stroke—adds something essential, even if it’s not picture perfect or you don’t understand it yet.

Keep creating, painting, dancing, and adding layers my friends. ✨
