More times than I can count, I’ve said to high school seniors:
“Imagine seeing these photos when you’re older.”
“Imagine your grandkids looking through these someday.”
After specializing in high school seniors for the past 12 years, I’ve realized I don’t just want to document people at the beginning of their story. I want to document the people who have lived a story.
The people with passions, hobbies, careers, traditions, and experiences that have shaped who they are.
Because we all have a “thing.”
What is yours?
What is the thing your loved ones know you by? The thing they would say, “That’s so you.”
When was the last time you had photos taken that truly captured that?
These are the photos that become part of a family’s story.
And about these particular photos…
I’m not sharing too many personal details because that’s Barb’s story to tell, but if you know her, you know cars are a huge part of her family’s story. She is the queen bee, and I’m so thankful to call her a dear friend.
I am so glad we did this!
Because confidence, style, and a life well-lived never go out of style. ❤️
I hope these photos are shared, framed, and loved for generations.
What’s YOUR thing?
