Honored to have been the personal chef for such a beautiful and intimate proposal dinner. Thank you both for allowing The Chef Bean Experience to be a part of such a special moment.
The evening featured a Jamaican-inspired three-course menu with:
✨ Jerk shrimp over crispy fried plantains with jerk barbecue sauce
✨ Braised oxtails over sweet potato purée with rich oxtail gravy
✨ Coconut rum bread pudding with rum caramel sauce
A special shout out to for the beautiful live cello performance throughout the evening, and to & for creating such a stunning atmosphere and bringing the décor vision to life so beautifully. ✨
