Sometimes the best thing you can do is unplug.

New Orleans gave me the space to slow down, learn, listen, and move with a free mind. As a woman, a mother, and a business owner, I needed this reset. Sometimes stepping away is exactly what you need to return with fresh vision and a different perspective.

I’m grateful for the conversations, the people I had the opportunity to connect with, and the new relationships that began. Looking forward to continuing those conversations, embracing new beginnings, and coming back ready to pivot with purpose.

Here’s to growth, clarity, and what’s next. ✨

As entrepreneurs, balancing everything can be hard. Being a mother, healthcare provider, photographer, friend, and wearing so many other hats, life can feel overwhelming at times. Even after just having surgery two weeks ago, I still choose discipline when everything feels out of place.

I’m grateful for my life, grateful to still be here, and grateful to walk in my purpose. Last night, I was thankful to be able to capture photos for Major. Even while working, I was still poured into by him.

Don’t forget to surround yourself with people who pour into you and not just empty your cup. 🤍
