The Central Point Police Dept has created absurd “municipal codes” regarding drones within the city- most of which are overstepping FAA rules/laws.

The city is NOT A State park. The city is NOT a TFR zone. All rules regarding flying from my own yard will be adhered to by FAA laws and regulations - not a little tiny police force.

Learn what a part 107 is and then try to enforce the ridiculousness that you posted on Nation Drone Day on your page.

My tiny bird is undetectable 30ft in the air, is not bothering anybody, and is used for photographs of sunsets/sunrises.

This WILL make it to court if I get bothered while taking simple pictures of simple things.
