Hi! I’m Ky — commonly known as the photographer behind Dark Moon and one half of the team when I’m working alongside BreMarie’s Photography.

One question we hear often is:

“Why would I need a second photographer at my wedding?”

I just need to take a moment and take everything in — but in the best way possible.

I often think back to 2023, when I randomly said, “hmmm... let’s do this thing.” I think about the girl I was back then — the one carrying so many struggles, but somehow finding peace, love, and passion on the opposite side of the lens... the girl taking the photos.

Sometimes I wish I could've seen just a small glimpse into the future. Just enough to see where we’d end up today.

None of this happened alone. I could not have done any of this without the constant support from my friends, family, clients, and loved ones. I am here because of you. I learned by practicing on you. I grew because you trusted me. And over the last year, I’ve learned more than I ever imagined — especially alongside Bre.

I have so much to be thankful for, but it all starts with you: your love, your encouragement, and your continued support.

Please know that it never goes unnoticed and it never goes unappreciated.

I love you all to the moon and back. 🖤🌙

Love. The one thing in this life we yearn to find and cherish with every part of our being. Everyone deserves to find it. It’s almost like a quest in life. You’re born, you grow, you go through trials and tribulations, heartbreaks and healing — all leading you closer to your forever.

And I truly believe that when you find your person, you find them in every lifetime. In every version of this world, somehow, some way… your souls still collide.

Watching these two together felt effortless. Quiet, genuine, and the kind of love that doesn’t need to prove itself because you can feel it in every glance, every touch, every moment in between.

A love written in the stars, destined long before this lifetime ever began.
