💥I'm going to say this in a professional manner way as possible! If you hire a wedding photographer or a photographer for any session, please make sure you read your contract carefully before signing. If you see something in their contract that you have a question about and it's not listed in the contract, get a paper trail of their response (text, emails, messenger, etc.). I'm sick and tired of seeing and hearing from clients who aren't getting their wedding galleries or even sneak peeks in a timely manner. Typically, sneak peeks from a wedding are within 48-72 hours, and full galleries take 4-8 weeks, depending on the wedding season. I get that we have a busy season, but that's not an excuse for not communicating with your clients. I myself will not take on more sessions if I know it's going to put me in a situation where I can’t fulfill my expectations. Also, ghosting your clients is unprofessional. Communication is key. I can promise my clients this: you will not have this issue with me. I'm not going to mention this photographer's name, but I know several people who are having this issue with her, and it's honestly disgusting. I can see this individual being known about or even sued soon.
