📣 EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY📣
Due to the most scariest news i have ever possibly heard in awhile i have to make some changes as a photographer.😪
They have made it so that people can make nasty content using your childrens photos AND As long as its in their home they are protected by the 1st amendment right…… 🫨
I, Faded Frames Photography will no longer post identifiable photos of anyone 16 or younger.
And if you are in the ages of 15-17 years old, i need consent from a Legal Guardian and yourself signing a print release form in order to post those type of photos. (which i do anyways).
(I can use a liquified tool to distort faces and blur faces if youd still like to be posted and signed a form.
Either way we will do posing that show no face and posing showing faces so parents can post without revealing faces!)
Im not a mom. But as a aunt and as a friend to MANY mommies. Im so sorry for this new fear. Due to my personal experience with unconsented use of my own underage images from someone using ai, i just cant stand to sit here and be the reason someone has images to take and use. So im no longer posting anyones babies and children’s faces that can be identified by ai in any way on my social medias.🖤
I will protect all little ones at all costs. Even if it affects my work. i love my clients and i want you guys to continue to feel safe and comfortable. So moving forward this is my new policy🖤
A frequent question im asked so i thought id add to this post:
“Will I still receive images without the blur so i can print them?”
YES OF COURSE!! The blurred or distorted images are for me to post. You wont even get those images! Unless you want them, haha. 😆
Ill be adding additional poses to photoshoots involving underages that show no faces as well so you and or i can post images without the blurring or distortion, that way you have memorable beautiful images appropriate to post publicly!!! 🖤🖤🖤
Thank you🖤
