Yesterday evening with Meghan & Kevin was the sweetest. 🤍

We started their session at their wedding venue, Dempsey Event Center, where we got to capture the timeless charm and beautiful character of the building. Such a perfect setting for the beginning of their story.

Then we headed to Kevin’s favorite place, Civic Park in Reynoldsburg. Kevin grew up right across the street and has spent many years walking through the park, so being able to incorporate such a meaningful place into their engagement photos made the session that much more special.

I absolutely love when a session isn’t just beautiful, but also tells a little piece of a couple’s story.

Meghan & Kevin, I’m SO excited for your January wedding! I already know it’s going to be such a beautiful day, and I can’t wait to capture it all.

I’m officially over all this rain… but it has been reminding me just how much fun you can have on a rainy wedding day.

They say rain on your wedding day is good luck, so I say… bring it on!

And if you’re the kind of bride who isn’t afraid to get a little dirty, I’m HERE for it. Because yes, your dress might get a little muddy. Your shoes might get wet. Your hair might not stay perfect.

But you know what? We might also get some of the most romantic, fun, so-this-is-us photos of the entire day.

I’ll never make you stand in the rain if that’s not your thing—but if you’re game? Grab your new husband, step outside, and let’s make some magic.

Taking this senior Sunday to share images from Bella’s senior session!

Some sessions leave me wondering how I’m ever going to choose favorites… and Bella’s was definitely one of them. 🤍

Bella made my job so easy with her natural smile and effortless confidence.

One of my favorite parts of the evening was that we had time to capture a few sweet photos with her family, and of course Shelby had to join in for some adorable moments too. 🐾

Sometimes the most meaningful place to say “I do” is the one that has already witnessed generations of love.

For Claire and Jack, there was never a more meaningful place to say “I do” than the groom’s family farm. His grandparents were married here. His parents were married here. And now, they have become part of that legacy.

Every detail reflected who they are. A private toast with their parents before the ceremony. Colorful wildflowers that looked as though they had always belonged there. Cozy gathering spaces tucked throughout the property, inviting guests to slow down, connect, and share meaningful conversations beneath the open sky.

Nothing felt overdone. Nothing was chosen simply because it was trendy. Every element had purpose, every moment felt intentional, and every guest experienced a celebration that was unmistakably them.

The most unforgettable weddings aren’t the ones that follow the rules. They’re the ones that tell a story only that couple could tell.

✨ Meet Bella ✨

Bella is a senior at Olentangy High School, where she’s involved in dance, the National Honor Society, and leads a volunteer-based club that supports children living in hospitals by creating cards and putting together thoughtful gift baskets. 💚

She’s also a member of The Inner Circle, my Class of 2027 senior team, and I couldn’t be more excited to have her.

When I asked Bella why she wanted to join the team, her answer truly stood out:

“I want to step outside my comfort zone, grow in confidence, and be part of something unique and beautiful.”

She also shared how excited she is to meet new people, grow during her senior year, and be part of a small, supportive group that believes in everything she’s capable of.

That says so much about who Bella is—kind, compassionate, and always looking for opportunities to grow while lifting others up.

✨ Meet Kayla ✨

Kayla is a senior at Marysville High School, where she’s involved in lacrosse, Student Council, and spends her time volunteering at the local humane society. 💚

She’s also a member of The Inner Circle, my Class of 2027 senior team, and I’m so excited to have her as part of this incredible group.

When I asked Kayla why she wanted to join the team, she shared:

“I feel like this would be a great way to connect with others and create great memories for senior year.”

I love that her answer is all about connection. Senior year is such a special season, and having a community to celebrate it with makes it even more meaningful.
