Apparently 2026 is my year for twins! 💕 Behind the scenes from my second set of senior twins this year!

It was so much fun photographing Annasophia and Miakate and finding ways to let each of their personalities come through, while also capturing this special season they’re sharing as twins.

Their session also took me to a brand-new location—Lone Oak Farm—and it was definitely worth the drive! 🌸 The flower farm was absolutely gorgeous and so beautifully maintained. You could tell how much thought and care went into the placement of the flowers and creating all of the different areas throughout the farm. The owner was also absolutely lovely and so helpful! I will definitely be adding this one to my list of favorite locations.

And a big thank you to Sonja for grabbing these behind-the-scenes photos and videos for me! I didn’t have my usual helper along for this session, so I really appreciate you capturing some of the fun happening on the other side of my camera. ❤️

Lone Oak Farm

One of my favorite parts of the senior portrait experience is seeing everything come together in the end. ❤️

Brooke’s beautiful senior album recently arrived, and I absolutely loved being able to deliver it to her and her family.

Every page tells a little piece of her story — from rowing, to the beautiful outdoor locations we chose, to simply capturing Brooke exactly as she is during this season of her life.

Digital images are wonderful for sharing, but there is just something special about holding your photographs in your hands and turning the pages of an album created just for you.

This is why I love creating artwork for my clients — something tangible that preserves all of those favorite images and memories from such an important year. ❤️

Senior year is here! ❤️

Brooke, I hope this year is filled with new adventures, new memories, and plenty of moments that make you stop and take it all in.

Try new things, enjoy the traditions, spend time with the people you love, and soak up every bit of this final year of high school.

Adelle has been working hard on her skateboarding this summer, so this weekend we headed to the Zelienople Skate Park to capture a few photos.

I love when my kids ask me to photograph something they’re passionate about. Whether it’s soccer, skateboarding, music, fishing, or anything in between, those interests become part of their story.

I have to say…I think she absolutely nailed these. ❤️

Sometimes the best photographs happen when you're not looking for them.

When people think about Yellowstone, they think about the incredible landscapes, wildlife, and Old Faithful. Those were all amazing, but some of my favorite images from the trip happened while we were simply having lunch at Old Faithful Lodge.

As we were sitting there eating lunch, I happened to notice the beautiful light coming through one of the windows. I immediately looked at Josie and Adelle and asked if they would let me take a few photos. Thankfully they humored me! I just couldn't let that light go to waste.

And then there's Jack. 😊

He wasn't exactly interested in having his mom take pictures on vacation, so I had to sneak a few whenever I could. Somehow those candid moments ended up being some of my favorites, including this one.

I came home with beautiful photos of Yellowstone's landscapes, wildlife, and geothermal wonders, but these are the ones that make me smile the most. They're simple, unplanned moments with my favorite people, and they remind me that sometimes the best photographs happen when you're not looking for them. ❤️
