June 4th marks 1/2 a year of Rosie G Photography! I contemplated making my page public for over a year, and Iā€™m so glad I finally did and truly started sharing my work. šŸ¤

I want to thank every single person who has booked with me, shared my page, supported me, or even scheduled future sessions. It truly means more than you know. Getting to meet new people and capture such beautiful, meaningful moments has been such an honor.

As some people know, itā€™s about to mark 3 years without Jasper. Not a single day goes by that he doesnā€™t cross my mind. He has such a big role behind all of this. The reality that not one single day is promised, and that God has a plan for us all, has made me truly understand how important these moments are.

Photos are timeless. They hold love, memories, laughter, milestones, and the people we never want to forget. Iā€™m forever grateful that I get to freeze those moments in time for others. šŸ¤

So true. All we can do is decide what to do with the time we have. Not a single day is promised.

Do the things that make you happy. Do the things that become memories.

I loved doing these painting minis with my little ones this morning. Some days are harder than others when youā€™ve lost a little one. Itā€™s a grief like no other.

Moments like this are memorable. They bring me back to painting outside with Jasper in the summer, with no worries in the worldā€”just enjoying life and being together.

Those memories will always be some of my most treasured ones.Now I get to make these! šŸ¤

Sometimes you just have to try something new!

My brother happened to be sleeping over, so I recruited him for a late-night creative project while I experimented with a projector. No plan, no pressureā€”just creating for the fun of it.

Photography has taught me that not every session needs to be for a client. Sometimes the best growth happens when youā€™re simply playing with ideas and seeing what happens!

These are a little different than my usual work, but I had so much fun creating them and wanted to share. āš”šŸ“ø

It was the kind of wedding that reminds you love doesnā€™t need to be extravagant to be unforgettable ā€” just real, warm, and full of soul.
With ā€œIn Love Again and Againā€ playing like the soundtrack to their night, every little moment felt even more timeless ā€” the quiet smiles, the stolen glances, the way they held onto each other like home.
New Orleans has a way of making moments feel magical, and getting to capture theirs in a place so rich with history was something Iā€™ll never forget.

With this being the first ever wedding and being so nervous Iā€™m very thankful that I was able to capture these story telling photos for this beautiful couple.
