To all the parents of new high school seniors...here's a blog post that hit close to home.

I've got some spots in late September and more in October. You know time keeps flying. My advice: take pictures AND print them! Whether it's with me or not, don't keep life trapped on your phone.

Hey Class of 2027. Summer is almost gone and I'm pretty booked up in September BUT I've got five October spots AND October is pretty sweet. You can still have sundresses and flowers along with sweaters and jeans. LMK if you want to chat!!

To all the moms of high schoolers. This time is so precious and it moves so fast. One August, you're buying the school clothes, then next, you're packing for dorm gear.
Don't ship them off into the real world without pictures that capture who they are, right now. Before everything changes.

I feel like this time is so unique - they're not quite a kid and they're not quite an adult yet. But they're all yours - still.
I've got a few spots for August, September and October.

Sessions can be short and quick when they're doing it just for mom, or more involved if you're up for it. Whatever way works for you senior is what works best.

There comes a day when you realize the photos you almost didn't take become the ones you treasure most.

If your senior session is coming up, don't forget to step into a few photos together. I always prioritize this!

And if senior portraits aren't part of your plans, consider making this the year for a family session instead. I’ve got a few spots left for the summer - just before kids leave for college. These years move faster than any of us expected, families grow and change and moments quietly become memories.

The best time to capture your family isn't when everything is perfect—it's now.

Because one day, these won't just be pictures. They'll be part of your family's legacy

Grateful to photograph the people who help make our community thrive. It was an honor to capture portraits of our local mayor and council and I'm thankful for the opportunity to work with so many dedicated business owners, professionals, and community leaders who give so much back.

People think my job photographing seniors is to make them look pretty. It isn’t.

It’s helping them see what everyone else already sees.

Most seniors arrive a little nervous, convinced they don’t know how to pose or that they’re not photogenic. That’s where I come in. I guide them every step of the way with encouragement, natural posing, and lots of laughter until they relax and their real personality shines.

As a mom, there’s nothing quite like watching your child stand a little taller and leave feeling more confident than when they arrived.

The beautiful portraits are just the bonus.

Watching a young person discover their confidence—that’s why I love what I do. 🤍
