A day at the computer editing, while on call for a birth.

What a joy it is to hear my kiddos in the background, get to spend time with amazing families and soon will get to tell the story of a baby making it's way earth side.

I looked at my husband recently and told him, "I'm right where I'm supposed to be".

Loving on families, telling their stories and doing life with our own family.

Thank you to everyone who has been in front of my camera, trusted me with your children/families and done life with me. I don't take a single moment for granted. I can't wait to see what other stories we are able to tell this year.

One day, we’ll look back and realize it was the little things. That mattered the most.

The way their tiny hand reached for yours without thinking.
The sleepy snuggles before sunrise.
The giggles that echoed through the kitchen.
The way they looked at you when you were their whole world.
The messy hair, the dirty feet, the bedtime stories, and the moments in between.

The truth is, life is made up of ordinary moments that don't feel extraordinary until they're memories.

As the years pass, it’s those small in-between moments that will make our hearts ache with gratitude. The moments we wish we could step back into for just a minute longer.

So today, pause. Soak it in. Hold them a little tighter. Put down the to-do list for a moment and be present.

Because these are the days you'll miss someday.

And these are the moments worth remembering. ❤️
