Why do I choose B&W for some photos?
In the words of my toddler: “CUZ!”
But on the real, some images have a texture contrast that I feel color takes away from, black and white makes it easier to digest if you will. Delivering in black and white is like saying “yes I could use this perfectly ripe heirloom tomato to make a brilliant sauce, but how about we slow down for a second and enjoy it as is?”
