There is just something incredibly special about a woman who keeps going and grows beautifully through every season life hands her. ✨

Ava’s journey to graduation may have looked a little different than originally planned, but goodness, what a joy it was to celebrate this moment for her. From Georgia Southern to finishing strong at the University of North Georgia, she has such a steady, determined spirit about her. 🎓

And apparently determination also looks like having a horribly sprained ankle and STILL insisting on wearing wedges for your grad session 💪🏼

And can we talk about her sweet momma, Molly, for a second? 🥹 The love between these two is something you can feel. I was already excited after my first phone call with Molly, but I was not prepared for how absolutely beautiful they both are, inside and out. Pure joy. Pure light. The kind of women who make you leave a session feeling thankful you met them.

Ava is graduating with a degree in Business Management, works at a flower wholesaler (which honestly fits her perfectly 🌸), and is stepping into this next season excitedly searching for where her career journey will lead next. Someone is going to be very lucky to hire her!

So proud of you, Ava. What a beautiful season this is. ✨

When Emma transferred into a STEM magnet school, she already knew engineering was the path for her 🎓⚙️ And WOW did she run with it.

Wrapping up her Biological Engineering degree at UGA with a record number of cords, stoles, honors, and accomplishments covering basically every inch of her shoulders 😭👏 I don’t know if I’ve ever been more impressed. Female engineers deserve to be HYPED UP because this degree path is no joke.

And somehow, RIGHT as she finished undergrad at Georgia, she got the news she was accepted into a Master’s program at Emory ✨ Talk about being shaped by two absolutely incredible universities.

I was so stoked to capture this season for her, alongside her sweet mom, celebrating all the hard work, long hours, research labs, determination, and excellence that got her here ❤️

Also, this woman can absolutely ROCK some stilettos 👏😂 She told me she’s used to it after dating her high school sweetheart for six years… because he’s approximately a whole human taller than she is 💀🤣

And honestly… judging by the amount of regalia already happening here 😂 I already cannot wait to hopefully photograph her again in just a couple of years standing on the marble at Emory Circle (covered in more regalia I'm sure!) 🎓✨

Y también, gracias a tu mamá por el desayuno🧁. They brought me a very yummy apple cinnamon muffin for breakfast 🥹🥹🥹. So incredibly thoughtful!! By the way, I can almost ALWAYS be bribed with snacks 🤣🍪🧁

Bringing big brains AND big grit to the Arch 🎓🔥

This UGA finance major has been commuting back to Canton twice a week to coach 15U lacrosse, proving dedication looks a whole lot like sacrifice. And it’s not new either… he’s been playing the sport himself for 8+ years 👏

From breaking the sound barrier downtown during our natty win to diving into a love for AI, he’s been living every side of the college experience.

Also… casually a runner 🏃‍♂️ already checked off a half marathon and now eyeing a full… or maybe a Tough Mudder next 👀🔥 feels like that might be right up his alley

Fun fact… we were supposed to shoot weeks ago, but thanks to the very real sport of lacrosse, he had to let me know he was rocking two black eyes 😬 so we rescheduled. And honestly… landing on finals week? Elite move. Campus was quiet, calm, and we had the Arch all to ourselves 🙌

Small circle, big work ethic, and a story that’s anything but ordinary. Athens won’t be the same without you 👏

While most people were just trying to survive grad school… she was out here mastering her doctorate AND dancing under the lights with the Atlanta Hawks 🔥

And somehow still made it look effortless with that smile (and hair that deserves its own spotlight, let’s be honest 😍)

From ringing the Chapel Bell to popping champagne on North Campus, every second of this session felt like pure joy 🥂✨

Luke + Kyra 💍🎉

I knew from our very first phone call… these two were my people. And meeting them at the Duck Pond in Atlanta just sealed it.

We could’ve talked all day about hiking, four wheeling, scuba diving, and all the adventure they’re chasing together… but the best part of their story is where it started, serving in ministry together. 🕊️

They love Jesus, they love people, and it shows in everything about them. Getting married at his parents’ church feels so full circle in the sweetest way.

Georgia Tech brought them together, but it’s their faith, joy, and just how easy they are together that makes you know… this is it.

Christmas week wedding, best kind of love, and a whole lot of adventure ahead ✨

Josiah, magna cm laude 🎓

Chemistry major, French minor, and a future doctor in the making… not just any doctor, an electrophysiologist 👏🏼

The kind of young man who is kind, thoughtful, and quietly driven, someone who gives his time to others and spends his spare moments volunteering. The kind you just know is going to make a real difference.

A proud Dawg through and through, you’ll find him rooting for UGA football and the Braves when he’s not putting in the work. Athens has been such a special chapter, one he hopes isn’t over just yet, with his heart set on UGA’s brand new School of Medicine and hopes of one day becoming a Dr. Dawg 🤍

And his biggest supporters showed up in the best way, mom and dad in full coordinating UGA style, celebrating right alongside him. You can just feel how loved he is.

Josiah, you've worked so hard to celebrate this season and yet, the best is still ahead! Congrats 🎉

You might remember Riley… 🎓✨

I had the honor of photographing her UGA graduation a few years ago, and moments like this never get old. Getting to walk with my grads into the next chapter of their lives is something I don’t take lightly, and I’m so grateful she trusted me again, this time for something even bigger. 🤍

Riley and Colton’s story started in church youth group, two different high schools, young and figuring life out. They took some time apart, grew up, and found their way back to each other in a way that feels intentional, like it was always being written, just in God’s timing.

Now here they are, building a life that fits them so naturally. Both homebodies at heart, simple nights in, movies, and coffee shop hangs. Riley just finished her clinicals in OT school, and Colton stumbled into wedding videography while serving at his church and ended up loving it. He even works at their venue now, which makes their story feel even more full circle. 😌

There’s something really steady about these two. The kind of love that isn’t loud or rushed, just rooted, genuine, and clearly guided.

Riley, I am so proud of you and so excited for this next season.
