This is my idea of the perfect weekend, a complete reset filled with all my favorite things. Mornings with coffee by the river, soaking in the hot tub and sauna, spending the day chasing trout, and ending the evening cozied up by the fire with my favorite music playing.

The last few weeks have been a little different than usual.

As someone who has always felt things deeply, I tend to process life a bit differently, and traveling solo most of the time gives me a lot of space to think. There are moments out here, especially in the mountains, where I feel completely free and aligned. And then there are moments where I feel the weight of not quite being where I thought I’d be by now.

I’ve always put a lot of pressure on myself to have things figured out.. and lately, I’ve realized I don’t have the answers like I thought I would.

I’m not exactly sure where life is taking me right now, but I’m learning to sit in that, to ride the wave of the unknown, and to trust God that this season is shaping something greater than I can see.

Leaning more into my faith, letting go of control, and trusting the Lord to guide my next steps… even when it’s hard to put into words.

Grateful for the journey, even in the in-between.
