20 weeks vs. 39 weeks.

It feels like I've been pregnant forever. We literally found out on Christmas eve 🤯. And yet, I'm full of emotions knowing that this pregnancy is about to come to an end. It has not been easy by any means. I am so looking forward to not having heartburn, not constantly feeling nauseous and vomiting, not being out of breath and tired always, and fitting into my clothes. However, I'm also a bit sad knowing this could be the last time I experience the mirical of growing a child inside me. The last time I feel those little kicks, rolls, and hiccups. The last time I carry a baby under my heart. The last time I get to experience the anticipation of wondering exactly when and how we’ll meet our newest little love.

I set up a tripod and took a few photos to document this season, and what could be the last time my body experiences the phenomenon that is pregnancy. I know I'll cherish them as I look back and remember "I did that. My body went through so many changes, I made many sacrifices, to bring my precious babies into this world."

Now, I just need to get through labor 😅 so, when do we think this baby is coming? My due date is September 7th.

My first born came one day before his due date, my second born came two days before... Will my third baby follow suit and come three days early?

Place your guesses!

There’s a reason you’ll never regret having family photos taken. 🤍

The little hands you never want to let go of. The belly laughs you wish you could bottle up. The way your children look at you right now. The messy hair, missing teeth, baby rolls, and personalities that change what feels like overnight.

One day, these ordinary moments will be the memories you’d give anything to step back into.

You may not always feel like you’re “photo ready.” Your kids may not cooperate perfectly. And life may feel a little chaotic.

But you will never regret documenting the people you love most.

Because someday, these photos won’t just be pictures. They’ll be pieces of your family’s story, and a reminder of exactly what this season of life felt like. ✨

Take the photos. Get in the frame. Your future self will thank you. 🤍

Four years ago, I photographed a wedding where Basak was a bridesmaid. Four years later, she remembered me and reached out to have me photograph her own little family. 🥹🤍

This was the first time Basak and Patrick had professional photos taken together since their wedding, and it truly felt like such an honor to be the one to capture this sweet stage in their lives with their beautiful 9-month-old son.

And what better setting than the beach for this sweet family and their water-loving little boy? 🌊🤍 He was completely in his element, and watching the three of them love on each other by the water was just the sweetest.

Being remembered years later and trusted to document another chapter of someone's story is one of the greatest honors of this job. I’m so grateful they chose me to capture these memories. ✨

A little personal note and maternity update on the blog

Hi friends, As I wrapped up my last two sessions before maternity leave, I found myself feeling incredibly grateful. Over the years, so many of you have trusted me to photograph some of the most meaningful moments in your lives: engagements, weddings, growing families, new babies, showers, and

One of my favorite parts of a wedding day is stealing my couples away for just a few minutes during sunset. After the ceremony, everything moves so fast. The hugs, congratulations, photos, dinner, dancing, and before you know it, the day is flying by.

That quiet moment by the water, with the sun setting and no one else around, is sometimes the first real chance you get to simply breathe together as husband and wife. No timelines. No pressure. Just the two of you soaking it all in before heading back to celebrate the night away. ✨

This past weekend’s motherhood minis meant so much more to me than just a day of sessions 🤍

It was amazing to see many returning clients, and meet some new! Watching you all in the season of motherhood your in is precious and such a joy to see. Being a mom is the greatest gift and I never want to forget every stage of it. From pregnancy and experiencing how truly incredible our bodies are, to those early newborn days that feel like a blur, to the chaos and beauty of raising little ones and watching their personalities unfold.

It all matters. Every stage, every version of you as their mom.

That’s why these sessions mean so much to me. Because you deserve to be in the photos too. Not just documenting their childhood, but preserving the way you loved them through it 🤍

These sessions are simple, but they’re full of meaning. And I’m so, so grateful for every mom who trusted me with this season of her story ✨

I woke up this morning, half way through my pregnancy, with a lot going through my mind, a lot of unknown for our future. So many things that I would love, but seem so far out of reach.

I turn on worship music and the first song that plays is "Make a way" it says:

"When there is no way
You're gonna make a way
We've seen You do it before
We know You're gonna do it again

… I know You'll come through
This mountain is moving
I fix my eyes on You
If You said it, You'll do it"

Suddenly, my 2-year-old, Nora joins in for the course and starts singing so beautifully "You will make a way!!"

So, even though we might not know what's to come for us, we can rest in the fact that God always makes a way. He has always provided all our needs and He always will.

The sweetest little Easter surprise 🌸🐣

This beautiful baby girl made her arrival on Easter Sunday, and somehow that makes her story feel even more special. Mom and Dad kept her gender a surprise until birth, and now they finally get to soak in all the pink, bows, and girly details they’ve been dreaming about.

There’s something so magical about those first days. The tiny stretches, soft snuggles, and a whole lot of love. I feel so honored to capture these fleeting moments for families, especially ones as joyful as this.

Welcome to the world, little one 💕
