View from my office this afternoon. An afternoon hike down to Thors Well, Oregon. It is a collapsed sea cave and about an hour before or after high tide you get the waves blasting up through the cave. The issue is that you are standing on the edge of this very large hole with waves crashing up. If you slip it’s not good. I didn’t slip so all is well. 😎

View from my office. The was 20-30 with gusts up to 40 mph again today which makes for some nice big waves but also difficult to hold the camera steady, even on a tripod. Lots of fun watching these waves crashing onto shore. 😎

View from my office this morning. Sunrise color happened around 5:30 this morning at Sprauge Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park. As an added bonus there was no wind that early. Shortly after the second image the wind picked up as the next winter storm was approaching. On my hike this morning I encountered deer, elk, a Tom Turkey all puffed up and a moose which came up behind me almost knocking my tripod and camera over. I could have touched it but I was too busy getting out of the way! That was special. 😎

View from my office. The other day we had a swarm of bees take up residence on the deck. With some cooler temperatures they weren't that active so I thought it would be great idea to get some close up of the critters. Moving very slowly I'm being swarmed to get just inches from them to get some close-up images. 😎

View from my office this morning. A pre dawn hike to one of my favorite rocks in Rocky Mountain National Park for sunrise. The sunrise was very short but spectacular. Clouds moved in shortly afterwards and began snowing heavily which is a blessing. 😎
