View from my office this morning. It started with an 0 dark thirty hike to be at Sky Pond and the Cathedral Spires in Rocky Mountain National Park by sunrise. Clear skies is not exactly what I was hoping for but to be at this place, at this elevation early in the morning is still magical and a setting moon just added to the magic. View from my office this morning. At 0 dark thirty this morning I headed to Rocky Mountain National Park to photograph the sunrise. Temperatures were mild but it was windy on Trail Ridge Road. Sunrise colors were bright but brief. Still a spectacular way to start the day. Shot with my iPhone. 😎
