: An alleged member was caught on video getting jumped by several young Black men after he threatened another man with what appeared to be a metal chain during a solo altercation.

Video shows things escalating quickly after bystanders came to the defense of the man who they said was their “homie” when the BH member tried to stop them from intervening.

It’s unclear what city this transpired in, but it did not occur in Los Angeles/Watts, home of the perspective gang said by the man with the chain. . .
🚨We usually just report news from an unbiased perspective, but this video has prompted our personal thoughts. In our opinion, WE, the Black community must learn how to communicate properly and solve altercations without vulgarity and violence. Just because we come from or still live in the hood doesn’t mean we can’t educated ourselves to want to live better. At this point, we truly can’t blame any other race but ourselves if we’re still behaving in this matter on a daily basis.🙏

We know we hear this saying all the time but it’s very true; “we must do better.” ✊🏾

: Family members and friends are mourning the tragic loss of (), affectionately known as “Maryjane,” after she was fatally shot in . 💔🙏🏾🕊️

According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Monday night deputies responded to reports of gunfire in the area of Lennox Boulevard and Burin Avenue at approximately 9:07 p.m. Witnesses reported hearing about six gunshots before a vehicle crashed into a nearby building.

When first responders arrived, they discovered a woman suffering from a gunshot wound. She was pronounced dead at the scene. A male victim was also transported to a local hospital with injuries. Authorities have not yet determined whether the man’s injuries were caused by the shooting, the crash, or both.

Investigators continue to work to determine whether the shooting and subsequent crash are directly connected. No suspect information or motive has been released, and the investigation remains ongoing.

The woman killed has since been identified by loved ones as Melissa Osorio, a 35-year-old mother of eight.

In a GoFundMe campaign created to support her family, relatives described Osorio as a God-fearing woman with a “wild spirit, kind heart, and willingness to help anyone in need.”

“Anyone who knew her remembers her wild spirit, kind heart, and willingness to help anyone in need,” the family wrote. “She gave so much of herself to others, always showing love, compassion, and generosity.”

Her sudden death has left behind eight young children as well as numerous family members and friends who are struggling to cope with the loss.

The family is seeking donations to help cover funeral and burial expenses. As of publication, the GoFundMe campaign has raised $945 toward its $5,500 goal. (Link in our story & bio). 🔗

“Any donation, no matter the amount, will help ease the financial burden on her family during this heartbreaking time,” the family stated. “Thank you for your love, prayers, and support as we honor Melissa’s life and help send her home to Heavenly Father.”

LOS ANGELES, CA — One woman was k*lled and a man injured in a deadly shooting that resulted in a car crash into a building in the Los Angeles’ neighborhood.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Responded to a report of six gunshots in the area of Lennox Boulevard and Burin Avenue at about 9:07 p.m.

First responders at the scene discovered an unidentified woman, who was struck by one fatal gunshot. She was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

A male victim was taken to a local hospital in unknown condition. It’s unclear if the man was injured from the shooting or the crash.

Investigators are still working to determine if the shooting and crash are related.

There are no details regarding a motive or a suspect or suspects at this time. We’ll keep you updated as we learn more.

However, his edge shrank as ballots — such as mail-in votes — from thousands of liberals who voted closer to Election Day were counted, according to the New York Times.

Mail-in ballots are reportedly processed in slower time, often taking days or weeks to count votes.

President Donald Trump called the mayoral race a “rigged election,” pointing out Pratt’s early lead over the liberal politician.

Latest poll results, with 92% of votes in now shows that Raman has surged past Pratt, and will face off against incumbent in November.

: It is with great sadness that we regret to inform you of the passing of O.G. native K.O., real name Walter McKeever, who passed away at the age of 49. 🌴💔

According to K.O.’s son , he passed away in his sleep at home on Sunday morning. 💤

McKeever was described as a loving man and father who deeply cared for his family. He leaves behind five children. 🖤

A candle light vigil will be held in K.O.’s honor on Monday, June 5 at 5:05 p.m. Reach out to his son for more information.

OXON HILL, MD — A former who was working on his pickup truck on a sunny afternoon in fought off multiple armed would-be robbers in a life or death situation.

Video shows Jheyco Borda, a former Marine trained in hand-to-hand combat, working on his vehicle in when four teenagers dressed in hooded sweatshirts approached him. One of the teens pulled a gun on him but got distracted for a split second, said the Marine who then sprung into action to disarm the teen.

Borda’s brother is seen coming to his aid, helping to disarm and fight the teens.

One shot rang out during the tussle and struck the truck but no one was injured.

The brothers held the teenagers down until Prince George’s County police officers arrived at the scene and took them into custody, according to Borda. The four suspects are currently in jail.
