Long story short, I didn’t make the top 25 however, I accomplished a lot, most of all writing, producing, and directing my very first short film. It is NOT easy. However I had a blast on set and a pre and post production work was a labor of love.

Shout out to Jakob Owens for having this annual contest. I cannot thank you enough for being the impetus for me to finally achieving the goal of making my first film. Thank you.

Shout out to Marlynn Lane who straight up brought it with her performance in this movie. I am eternally grateful for you and am glad we met.

Even though I didn’t win, I’m not discouraged in the least. On the contrary, the night before I’m posting this I finished writing the script to my next project, something dear to my heart and will be starting production soon.

Thank you to all of you who’ve supported my creativity. I truly could not do this without your support making me go further and reaching new goals.

Color or black and white? I’m having a hard time trying to decide.
