This post is not directed at any specific person. Unfortunately, we've seen this issue occur at an alarming rate over the past two weeks, so we wanted to send out a friendly reminder.

📧 When placing an order for show photos, please take a moment to carefully review the email address you're using before submitting your order.

All digital images are delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Many customers have multiple email addresses but only regularly monitor one of them. If an order is placed with a valid email address and the delivery does not bounce back, there's no way for us to know that the photos weren't received or seen.

⏰ We sincerely urge you to spend an extra 10 seconds double-checking your email address before clicking "Submit." That quick review can help prevent delays, missed deliveries, and extra follow-up messages, ensuring you receive your show photos as quickly as possible.

✅ A few seconds now can save days of frustration later!

🔍 While you're at it, please also take a moment to verify you're contacting the correct photography company for your event.
Many venues host multiple events throughout the year and may work with different photographers from one show to the next. We've recently received a number of inquiries regarding missing photo orders that actually belong to another photography company.

📸 Confirming the correct photographer before reaching out helps ensure your questions get to the right person faster and can save everyone valuable time.

📸🐎 That was quite the marathon! 😅🏃‍♀️ I appreciate your patience while I got over 10,500+ photos sorted and uploaded from Florida Horse Park Ocala Summer I HT & United States Eventing Association, Inc. (USEA) Area III Championships 🎉🐴 We could tell you all were having a great time 😄✨ and that's reflected in the number of photos we captured lol! 📸💛 It also brought me a smile 😊 that in all the times I remind people ahead of the show to smile for our cameras... we got some smiles! 😁📷 On course!! 🏇It's always fun when you're trying to spot us 👀📸 we enjoy it! 💕 Thank you for bringing your best this past weekend 🌟🐎 and congrats to you all for putting the rides in 💪🏅 and patting your ponies. 🐴❤️

🎉🐎 Today was a great kickoff to the fun in store over the weekend! ☀️✨ We got to see some lovely 4 and 5 year olds 🌟🐴 at the United States Eventing Association, Inc. (USEA) Young Event Horse Qualifier at Ocala Summer I at Florida Horse Park! 🌴🏇
