KEUKA LAKE VIEW ESTATE SALE

Welcome to our Keuka Lake View Estate Sale Treasure Hunt! Explore an incredible selection of original oil and watercolor framed art, a lifetime collection of Steuben, Carder Steuben, Hawkes, H***e, Sinclaire, and ABP cut glass, collection furniture from Victorian to Modern, women’s clothing, collection of home furnishings, garage items and lots of good usable everyday items. Enjoy shopping in this custom-built home, coming to market in the future, while you stare at the lake.
• PARKING; there is space to park on the large front lawn. Safety is paramount to me. Please be careful of where you park and walk. Please heed the person guiding you where to park.
• No numbers, just line up and come in at 9:00.
• For the upstairs of the house, enter through the main door to shop the house The house is large but I may need to limit folks in the house.
• For the 4 garages, enter through each door to shop the items in the garages. The garages are also large and I should be able to let everyone in.
• Remember if it’s in the pictures, it’s in the sale when we open.
• We will have hold/tally and check out in the driveway (wish for nice weather)
• If you want to purchase something large, pull the tag, keep it or give it to a worker along with your name and it will be on your tally sheet and when possible, we can get the item to the hold table for you.
• You can give your purchases to a worker to take to the hold/tally table for you.
• We need to leave the driveway clear for folks to pick up their purchases
• Please Park at your own risk and respect the lawn
• Please be kind & courteous to each other
• Please be cautious of pedestrian and vehicle traffic
• Please be responsible and respectful of the property
