I came across Isabel on tiktok a little over a year ago. Her beautiful red hair and thriving flower garden caused me to slide in to her dm's pretty late in the evening and say "hey...you...me...photos...yes?" But in a more professional manner of course. Her and Jacob have the sweetest love story and are living their best life on the farm. Animals, room to roam, and a beautiful place to call home. I'll share more later, but immediately had to upload this photo because I love it so much (and a few more to scroll through because the day was too sunny not to share)

A very special session...I've been photographing Maya since she was in high school...fast forward to baby #2, a surprise proposal, and perfect weather and you have yourself one of the best days ever. Congrats Maya and Eddie! On all of it! The beautiful life you've created, the love you share, and the many memories and milestones to come. xo!

Getting outside and playing for the simple pleasure of creating something fun is what I have been missing in my life! Jaylin was a dream of a model and everything came together so perfectly. It was a session with no pressure, because I was doing this for myself, just to get outside and play again! 10/10 recommend. #

I've collected dresses for styled shoots over the years. Self doubt and procrastination stop me in my tracks every time. But not this year... this year we ignore that little voice of self doubt. We ignore the fact that Safeway only had easter florals to choose from. We ignore this weekend was supposed to be full sun. We learn to accept that sometimes Oregon will choose violence in the form of gray skies and chance of rain.
Normally, I would've made the excuse that they weather wasn't what I was hoping for and we should just re-schedule, but this year we accept the weather we are given (and I am actually so happy with the gloomy vibe). Jaylin was the best model, she has the biggest heart and legit froze the entire time, just so I could create. (Her main squeeze was right by her side, carrying her bag, helping with the outfit change, and collecting all the bts...Thank you .browneyes_)

Turns out Mt. Ranier is even more beautiful when you put your niece front and center. McKena and I traveled all the way to the mountains to get some of the most gorgeous photos for her senior year. We didn't bring enough water, and I didn't wear the right shoes... but none of that matters now. She even let me borrow her lens ;) Love you dearly McKena Grace!

Spending the day traveling to Mt. Ranier, exploring the landscape for a senior session, and taking in the most gorgeous mountain I have ever laid my eyes on made for one of the most perfect days ever.

One of the most beautiful maternity sessions for some of the most beautiful humans.

JJ & Paul both settled in to the most beautiful life on top of a mountain, and when they invited me over to document the most beautiful baby bump, I was beside myself. I could not contain my excitement…not to mention their house is something out of Architectural Digest.

A very special session for me... I've known Paul since kindergarten and his beautiful other half, JJ, forever as well. Together since high school, these to settled in to the most beautiful life together. So when I was invited into their home to photograph the cutest little bump, I was both wildly excited to see them, but also...my jaw was on the floor when I saw their home. It's like something out of a magazine, with lighting that any photographer would cry happy tears over. Flowers from her garden, puppies who were curious and happy, a swimming pool (yes you read that right), apple trees, a mini vineyard with grapes that tasted like sweet tarts, wide open spaces to roam... (and chickens, all of which have been named)... Forever grateful for the invite, and cannot begin to tell you the joy I felt before, after, and during this session. Congrats JJ & Paul! All my love, I'll be inviting myself over here real soon ;)

This family.... I couldn't love them more if I tried. And their new addition? That's Winnie. She's got that new puppy energy, but has a personality straight out of a disney movie. Loveable, goofy, and happy to meet and greet anyone who steps foot in her bubble. Also, this weather?! It felt like a 70 degree day in the middle of Summer. There were probably 50 surfers, people climbing the sandhill, and families exploring the tidepools. One of those days that you just didn't know you needed until it happened. I love you Barrett fam, thank you for letting me be a part of the fun year after year!
