One fresh spring evening I noticed the sunset starting to light the clouds up in beautiful colors so I ran out to the back of our field where there were loads of daisies in bloom and I was happy to be able to sn**ch this pic before the colors faded too much!

This was a shot I got at sunset a couple years ago of some grain that had grown in our field. Though I do live on a small farm, we don't actually grow fields full of grain, I think this seed was just some that had spilled over from the pig trough. Still makes for that summer farm vibe though!

I recently went birding with a friend and saw this pair of Tree Swallows by a nesting box. The one swallow kept swooping at the other making for some neat action photos. I was happy to catch both of them in focus in this shot! And that don't happen often, but it would have been WAYY harder if it weren't for the Canon R6 ii's excellent eye auto focus and decently fast sensor readout speed!
