Regarding the new Court Rulings with AI and Child images my business’s approach to sharing a session on social media has and always will be up to my clients. For several years now I have photographed families and even a few weddings where I have been asked to not share the images entirely or just show non facial recognition ones.

Previously, unless you specifically asked me not share photos I would share them since that is how I am best able to share my work and help you see how I handle newborns and photographing kids.

Moving forward, I will be getting consent from each session( even if I have photographed your family in the past.) It is a joy just to get to photograph your story and I will always choose to respect your choice!
