Now that we have everyone entered I am going to start by posting the schedule. If you are a sponsor I will be sending out your move in information and stall request schedule. Please do not start sending stall buddy requests right now. I will not assign any stalls until after August 15th because that is the payment deadline.
If you need to get on the waitlist...you need to log in to your Saddlebook account, go to our event, click on the online entry, click on a horse name, go to the bottom of the page, click next, check the box next to wait list and check out. Please do not send me messages asking me to do this for you. Each contestant must sign off on their own releases to check out and I will not sign anyone's release for them.
Once again, if you chose to pay by check that check must get to me by August 15th. Any entries not paid on the 15th will be cancelled and released. If you chose the payment plan, the card you entered will be charged on the 15th. You do not need to do anything.
All of the side pots are open and can be entered at any time. Keep in mind that to enter the team race you must have 4 people on your team. Each horse/rider combination can only be on one team. The same rider can only be on one team. If a rider has multiple horses they can enter each horse on different teams. When we get closer I will ask everyone for their teams.
I had 5 women enter the men's race. I have deleted all of those entries. Each person must enter under their own Saddlebook account. You can either create an account for that person or add them under your account but I cannot have women entered in the men's race. The first person that uses the term "but I identify as" is going to be my first voodoo doll of the year.
If you went in to pick a group (early, middle, evening) and the group you wanted was full, I cannot fix that for you. We will have a sign up sheet in the office at the event and if you would like to get in the early group you can sign up and if there is an opening we will switch you out. If you didn't pick anything the system will automatically throw you in the latest draw.
This next week I will be putting up posts explaining things like move in, barn rules, exhibitions and arena rules. I am begging you to read them. I know, I am a big meanie....
