This weekend, I made a decision: If I’m going to grow… I’m going all in.

So I walked into Atlas and chose to be seen, really seen. I got on stage. I shared the messy stuff, the tender stuff, the parts of me that still shake when I speak them out loud.

Through an exercise later that day, I realized something: Vulnerability isn’t weakness, it’s impact. Every time I share my truth, someone in the room softens and breathes deeper. Someone feels a little less alone even if I never know who they are.

And maybe that’s the real badass energy: Showing up fully. Letting yourself be witnessed. Choosing expansion over perfection.

I’m done hiding. I’m done shrinking. I’m here to be powerful, playful, honest… and fully f*cking alive.
