Every dream begins with a story. Mine started in a small village in Albania.

I grew up surrounded by rolling hills and farmland, but I always knew I was meant for more. I dreamed of America: a place where women could create, lead, and build their own future. Years later, through faith, perseverance, and a few miracles, I made it here.

What started as helping my husband with a few clients in our small apartment has now become two thriving agencies: Golden Medina Services (GMS) and Royilda & Co. Both built on the same values that got us here: faith, grit, and creative vision.

Today, Royilda & Co. stands as a boutique creative agency dedicated to helping women-owned businesses elevate their brands through storytelling, strategy, and visual excellence.

This journey wasn’t easy, but it was worth every step. I hope it inspires someone who’s still building their own dream from the ground up.
