Geneva is the second biggest city in Switzerland. It is situated on Lake Geneva and surrounded by the Alps and Jura mountains, which are responsible for the breathtaking scenery of this city. The headquarters of the International Red Cross was founded here in 1863 and shares the flag of its country of origin. Geneva has also established itself for its International Banking operations as well as being the world center for diplomatic conferences. Geneva has the Worlds largest population of millionaires , it borders France, and its influences are well indoctrinated into the city's language and cultural fare. I enjoyed a walk through old town and browsed the world class shopping venues and enjoyed an open air lunch while taking in the music of a band performance Cheers .. Lisa Marie

Keukenhof Gardens in Holland, the Netherlands, is known as "The most beautiful spring garden in the world." I visited this past weekend and was treated to a beautiful, sunny day, which was the perfect backdrop to the colorful display of flowers in some viewing areas as far as the eye could see. The gardens cover 79 acres, and approximately 7 million tulip bulbs along with hyacinth and crocuses are planted in the gardens annually by hand during the fall. It takes gardeners about 90 days. Only open from mid-March until mid-May, the gardens were in full display on my visit. All my senses came alive as I strolled through areas planted in formations along the water as well as the intoxicating smells mingled with the sounds of birds and other wildlife. Nearly 50 million people have visited Keukenhof since it first opened and nowadays 75% come from more than 100 countries abroad. I'm excited to plant bulbs purchased here in my US garden as a lasting memory. Cheers, Lisa Marie.

Bruges Belgium 2024, Groeninge, Museum
A visit to this magnificent museum set in the Picturesque Mid evil town of Bruges is to be missed on your visit. Internationally revered for its significant holdings of early Flemish Expressionism and the works of masterpieces by Jon Van Eyck, Hans Memling, and Hugo van der Goes. The rain could not distract from a beautiful lunch and a visit to the chocolate shops in this City known as "Venice of the North" due to its winding canals. Cheers..Lisa Mar

Amsterdam, the Netherlands, 2024. I only had one day to spend in this magnificent city, so with an early start, I headed out to walk the city of canals to my destination, the Rijksmuseum. Described as the museum of the Netherlands. The museum is 800 years old and is touted as one of the most famous in the world. It houses a collection by the Dutch masters, including Vermeer's "The Milkmaid," a self-portrait by Van Gogh, Rembrandt's "The Jewish Wedding," and his 12x14 masterpiece, "The Night Watch." "Lunch in the cafe was a traditional Dutch Beemster cheese sandwich, and during a rest break, I had a sublime apple cake and coffee. As I strolled back to my motorcoach, I was intoxicated by the vibrant views of the city. I vow to return." Cheers, Lisa Marie.
