Nicole and Eddie favorites 🩵

Photography is wild. I get to capture some of life’s biggest moments, then we say goodbye until the next chapter. Three years with Nicole and Eddie: engagement, wedding, and now maternity. It is such a privilege to document their story and watch their love continue to grow. And…capturing the way they hug each other makes me tear up every single time 🄺.

Captured on 35mm film.

A little announcement I’ve been excited to share…

Last year, I picked up a vintage film camera and began the process of relearning film photography and incorporating it into my workflow. While digital photography will always be the foundation of my work, film is where my love for photography began many years ago. Returning to film has felt like reconnecting with an important part of my creative foundation.

As someone who has been photographing professionally for 13+ years, I deeply appreciate the deliberate and intentional nature of film. The manual process. The way light is recorded onto a physical negative. The depth, texture, tones, and character that only film possesses.

Over the past year, I’ve been exploring how to weave film into the stories I tell, and beyond excited to officially offer fine art film photography as an add-on for wedding days, elopements, and portrait sessions. I have a few wonderful clients to thank for giving me the final push to stop dreaming about it and start shooting it: Rachel and Sierra Zambarano šŸ’›

If you’re interested in incorporating film into your session, I’d love to chat.

As I look ahead to the 2026 wedding season, I feel incredibly grateful.

To every client who has trusted me with their memories and to every person who has supported my art along the way, thank you. What started as a dream has grown into a career I genuinely cherish, and I don’t take that for granted.

My intention this year remains the same: to create photographs that tell the truth of your story through imagery that is emotionally honest, visually striking, and deeply evocative. To capture the moments that, years from now, will stop you in your tracks and take you right back to a memory you always knew you’d want to hold onto. The beautiful, time freezing magic of photography. My very own pensieve ✨

I’ve also spent the past year continuing to invest in my craft, refining my approach, adding new tools to my creative box, and reconnecting with the parts of photography that made me fall in love with it in the first place. For future clients... a pretty sweet announcement is coming soon!

Thank you for allowing me to do what I love. I can’t wait to tell more stories, create more meaningful images, build more relationships, and continue learning and growing alongside the incredible clients who invite me into their lives šŸ’›

Extended family legacy session šŸ–¤

This family brings me so much joy, warmth, and a ton of laughter every single time I see them. Like… cry laughing. If you know them, you know. When I was requested by Mimi as a birthday gift, I just about burst. 😭

Family legacy sessions are designed to create space for presence, real connection, and moments that unfold naturally. They are about capturing a family’s love for each other honestly and preserving it in a way that feels true to who they are (kiddos included!). One day, these photographs will be proof of what once was.

Beyond grateful for this session, these beautiful individuals, and the opportunity to create something that will live on in their homes and their history.

Closing out my wedding season with this gorgeous couple at Titus Mountain!

Becca and Jack were an absolute joy to photograph. Their connection came through so naturally, and they were completely on board with every idea we ran with. šŸ™ƒ

This day carried an ease that isn’t always guaranteed. It was the kind of steady, collaborative energy that comes when every vendor is prepared, communicative, and genuinely supportive of one another. Everyone was invested in creating a smooth, creative, and FUN experience, and that intention shaped the entire day. It was a team that truly respected the craft and each other.

Here’s to the final wedding of the year. šŸ„‚

A fall wedding drenched in golden fall light at one of my fall time favorite venues šŸ. Uhhhh. I love so much about this day and this sweet couple. Their connection and vows really struck me, and I can’t help but melt with happiness knowing they found each other (and that I had the honor of capturing their love story).

Congrats and - y’all are rockstars for lying down in that gondola without hesitation. šŸ«£šŸ”„

Couldn’t have asked for a better day for two people who bring so much joy and laughter wherever they go! Madonna and Gabriel radiate warmth, generosity, and soooo much kindness, not only for each other but for every person who attended that day. Every guest truly mattered to them, and their love touched everyone and everything around them. On top of that, they’re both ridiculously talented at pretty much everything. What a celebration! The night wrapped up with a fiery red sunset over Malone, the perfect finish to a beautiful day.

These adventure sessions are more than photos. They’re a chance for me to really connect, laugh, tell stories, and get to know the incredible people behind each session. Sarah and Caitlin’s fall hike in the ADKs threw us a few curveballs with a thick blanket of fog, rain, and a couple of wrong turns, but honestly, it could not have been more perfect. šŸ‚šŸ„¹
