Company portraits are more than just headshots. 📸
For this shoot, we started with an overhead group shot, moved into smaller team portraits, and finished with individual headshots.
A few things I’ve learned shooting corporate sessions:
✔️ Keep the energy up — it creates better, more natural expressions.
✔️ Give clear direction. Most clients aren’t models, and they shouldn’t have to figure out posing themselves.
✔️ Pay attention to the small details before taking the photo.
✔️ Stay organized and efficient when working with larger teams.
✔️ Give the company variety — not just headshots, but images they can use throughout their brand.
Good photography matters, but so does making the entire process easy for your client. 🎯
