Hello! Long time no check in!! If you aren’t local to me you probably don’t know that we had a major storm on Tuesday and a LOT of us in La Porte (and other counties west of here) have been without power since Tuesday mid morning! That means no running water or electricity and my cell service has been extremely sketchy!!
My family is so thankful we didn’t have damage to our house but our road is a disaster! We thankfully have a generator to keep our food cold and safe and have been showering at some friends and family’s homes but it’s not looking great at restoring power anytime real soon considering the amount of trees and wires down close to my house.
Unfortunately this means all editing has slowed way down. All sessions for this weekend have been rescheduled and I’m praying we can get them in soon! I know we would all love to see the sunshine again here in NWI! Thank you clients for your understanding!

I had the fun pleasure last week of capturing the sweetest surprise for Corey and Lisa Dehnart.The girls knew they were getting photos with a new horse they were going to be riding this year but had no idea that he was now officially a part of their family!!!! Watching their faces as they put the pieces together reading the cute sign (Audrey had no clue what she was holding!) and then seeing his registration papers with their family's name listed as the owners was priceless! Congratulations Dehnart Family! Mouse is one lucky horse to have these little cowgirls as his own! Scroll through to see the cutest reactions from these cowgirls. Their smiles say it all!
