In a quiet corner of an ancient forest, there was a legend about a mystical bird known as the Aurora Phoenix as created by local La Jolla artist Russ Harris. Unlike ordinary birds, the Aurora Phoenix was said to possess feathers that shimmered with the colors of the dawn—vivid blues, fiery oranges, and hints of emerald green, reflecting the first light of day breaking over the horizon.
