Brianne and Casey’s wedding is proof that a rainy day can still be a really good one!!

It rained, and instead of throwing anything off, it just added a little mood to everything. Umbrellas out, soft light everywhere, and a whole lot of laughing through it all.

We did this engagement session at Contigo Ranch, which is also where they’ll be getting married. It’s been a few years since I’ve photographed a wedding here, so being back on this property felt like a small reset in the best way.

Ashley and Riley’s wedding was one of those stories that just kept unfolding!!

They originally planned to marry last September, but Riley was deployed. Then February came with a winter storm that kept half their guests from making it. Third time really was the charm on April 25th.

Both active duty and stationed in Hawaii, they built this day around what mattered most, making sure Riley’s grandparents could be there since traveling wasn’t an option for them.

After everything, the day finally arrived exactly as it should have. Simple, steady, and full of the people who mattered most.🥹💗
