❤️Nesting❤️

Expectant parents working hard on their nest for little ones. One brings sticks while the other arranges it. She almost dropped it, and seems to tell him to get out of the way. So he stands to the side proudly.

Happy Mothers’ Day!

Let’s go summer!! The pool is filled as everyone gets ready for opening weekend at The Colony.

Excited to be joining them again this year helping out with weddings and other events. This place truly sparkles.

Locals- their restaurants are open to the public, and the new menu is gonna make me gain weight😋🤫

It took me a little while to get a hummer on something other than the bright red commercial bird feeder, but he gave me a little show. I’ve seen them almost daily now. I think there’s actually 2 males and 1 female.

About 20ish years ago, I spent 4 months on the ocean. I fell in love with the constant rocking as the waves hit the ship. The salty, sea air that skipped across the moonbeams in the waves leading to Friday’s perfect full moon rise. Having my feet and tripod being on dry land is ideal for longer exposure dark shots, but my heart still longs to be out there.

Composite result of two exposures. One for the moon at 1600, 6.3, 1/50 and the other 640, 6.3, 1/5. Denoise in Lightroom, combined in Photoshop. *No ai was used to make this photo*
