One of the many perks of my small business is getting to support other small businesses along the way! When Addison reached out about branding photos for her new venture, I was beyond excited.

Addison and I met last year at the Grundy County 4-H Fair, where I had the pleasure of capturing her — and so many others — showing their 4-H projects. She walked right up to me and we instantly started chatting like we’d known each other forever. She’s truly one of those people who is just so easy to talk to.

As an Illinois girl who grew up in the agriculture industry, I’ve been fortunate enough to experience it through livestock, farming, and rodeo. Those experiences have allowed me to truly understand the moments that mean the most to families. From the action in the show ring to the quiet in-between moments, every photo tells a story — not just a still frame.

It’s not too late to secure photography coverage for your livestock shows this summer.

I’m currently booking and will be attending the following events:

• Grundy County 4-H Fair
• Kankakee County Swine Show
• Kankakee County Master Showmanship
• Cullom Jr. Fair

Livestock projects represent months of dedication, early mornings, and hard work. Having those moments professionally captured ensures you have lasting images to look back on long after the show season ends.

My goal is to document not only the time in the ring, but also the details, connections, and behind-the-scenes moments that make each exhibitor’s experience unique.

I’ll see you in the Kankakee County Fair swine barn this year!

I spent many years showing in that very ring myself, and I’m so excited to step into the swine barn behind the camera during this year’s show.

I’ll be there both days capturing the kids and their projects—documenting the dedication, pride, and countless hours that go into raising and showing pigs. I’m excited to preserve these moments for the exhibitors and their families during such a special part of fair week.
