Kansas City Family Photographer | Fall at Shawnee Mission Park

Fall is always busy in the best way! Between all the sessions and editing, I haven’t been very good about keeping up with social media. But that just means I have a lot of beautiful families to share with you!

First up is this gorgeous family at Shawnee Mission Park! I love how these turned out, and I can’t wait to share more of what I’ve been working on this fall!

The sweetest part of family photos? It’s never really about getting everyone to smile perfectly at the camera, although these boys certainly mastered that!

It’s the laughs between siblings, the way your little one still snuggles up to you, the chaos, and the little moments you don’t realize you’ll miss someday.

This session was full of laughter, personality, and all the beautifully imperfect moments that make a family your family — and those are always my favorite to capture 🤍

Because one day, these “ordinary” moments become the ones you wish you could go back to.

✨✨✨ Now booking summer family sessions! Limited spots available — message me to get on the calendar before they fill up! ✨✨✨

Class of 2027 — senior sessions are now booking.

If you want a summer or fall date, now is the time to get on the calendar. I only take a limited number of seniors each season to give every session the time and attention it deserves.

Sessions include:• Planning help (outfits + locations)• Multiple outfit options• A relaxed, guided session• Digital images + print release

You’ll walk away with images that actually feel like you — not stiff or overdone.

Message me for availability and full details.

It started as an anniversary session at one of their favorite places… and turned into the most unforgettable surprise 🤍

We strolled through the arboretum capturing sweet, quiet moments—until we reached the spot. And just like that, Ethan got down on one knee and asked Kayla to spend forever with him.

She said yes!!! ✨

The moment only got sweeter as cheers erupted from family who had been hidden nearby, waiting to celebrate them. And the biggest surprise of all—her sister, who she hadn’t seen in two years, was there to witness it. 🥹

A little rain couldn’t take away from a day this perfect. 💍🌿
