View of Ronda, Spain and its Puente Nuevo (New Bridge) across the chasm of the Tajo Gorge in Andalucía - a bit inland from the Malagueño coast. While staying over there this past fall, I rented a car for a week so I could go on small photo expeditions outside of town (ended up with a Citroën sedan). It was also an experience for learning how to drive properly in a country other than my usual USA.

Long lens view in Ronda Spain in October 2025 toward Barrio de la Ciudad (from Barrio de Padre Jesus) with glimpse of the remaining portions of the old walled city. I shot this viewpoint in 2024 but wanted to practice it again with the longer lens I had brought with me this most recent trip.

For this more recent trip I brought my long lens (finally) and also rented a car for one week in order to get shots from outside of town (and to learn to drive outside of the US). This was from along the Carril Virgen de la Cabeza trail.
