We moved from the cinematic dark of the planning room into the sun-drenched reality of the Oklahoma Renaissance Festival, where the leather is real, the boots are laced tight, and the laughter is loud.

Love is especially suspenseful when you’re an aerialist. 💙✨

There is a unique kind of trust that exists when your partner is quite literally the only thing keeping you from the ground. During our sailing on Carnival Cruise Line , I had the pleasure of capturing this incredible duo at Center Stage.

Watching them perform wasn't just about the breathtaking stunts or the heights—it was about the unspoken connection in every catch and every glance. They made the impossible look effortless and the suspense look like art.

I call them "Sunset Sessions" for a reason, but as any photographer (or festival-goer) knows, Mother Nature sometimes has her own vision for the day. ✨☁️

For Part 3, I wanted to share a set that almost didn't happen the way I planned. Sometimes the light doesn't behave the way you’d expect—the clouds roll in, the golden glow vanishes, and you’re left with a completely different canvas.

But that is where the real magic happens.

Instead of chasing the sun, we leaned into the mood. We found the silver lining in the soft, dramatic light that only an overcast sky can provide. To my friends in these shots: thank you for not missing a beat when the weather shifted. Your talent shines through regardless of the "perfect" lighting, and I think we made some truly hauntingly beautiful art because of it.
