With 140,000 square feet and 95 studios, this building accommodates over 100 artists and artisans creating works in all mediums including glass, printmaking, papermaking, metalsmithing, welding, drawing, ceramics, sculpture, woodworking, woodcarving, photography, painting, textiles, serigraphy, and beadworking. Among these artists, are tenants working in a variety of fields and types of businesses. A shout-out to another one of my neighbors, The Victorian Bakery!

Good grief, have you seen what they’ve got in those display cases?
I’m pretty sure just walking in there adds five pounds. And I haven’t even started eating yet.
One of the perks of moving to this neighborhood is discovering all these wonderful little businesses. I’m enjoying getting to know my neighbors.
Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have some serious decisions to make in front of a pastry case.

Well, here we are. 36 years of tattooing!
I started tattooing in the fall of 1990. Nobody remembers the exact date, so I’ve always figured Halloween makes a pretty good signpost.
36 years. Thousands of tattoos, countless stories, some incredible people, and one hell of a ride.
And I’m not done yet. Lord willing, I’ve got plenty more years of ink left in me.
People occasionally ask when I’m planning to retire.
My answer hasn’t changed.
Probably about three months after I die.
