A magical lady who can turn into anything and entertain a small group or a large gathering. Monica attended my Jo-on-the-Go! Frace Adventure. On Thursday night, after a fun day of adventure and exploration, Jayne Bouchfaa played the cello for us and Monica told us stories immediately afterwards. It was such a magical evening. I need to rant for a moment.

I’ve received several calls recently from potential clients asking about the number of images they’ll receive. Almost like they’re grocery shopping. How many apples are in the bag? How much am I getting for my money?

Let me explain something.

If we’re competing on price, I lose.

If we’re competing on quantity, I lose.

Because I’m not going to throw a ton of mediocre images at you just to make you feel like you got a bargain.

Every year, we do a photoshoot around her birthday. This year, she turned 12 in France and her photo session was at a 700 year old castle. This is first image from her set.

The gorgeous Stephanie Sherman. From our France adventure. I recently took a group of seven ladies plus my daughter and I to southern France where I had rented a Château that was over 700 years old part of the travel package included a fabulous little session with me on the castle grounds or in the vicinity of the area. Stephanie chose the castle grounds and had picked out this lovely dress and adorable shoes. We tried a couple of pictures in the door frame from the inside, but not loving the color we switched to the outside of the building. That’s when the idea struck me and I got down low. “You’re very brave to go low“ Stephanie told me, as she is a fellow photographer and knows that’s not typically a flattering angle. I just smiled and told her to trust me. I love using this distortion with a wide angle camera from a low angle. I told her how to pose and took the shots. These turned out to be some of mine and her favorites. ❤️

JoLee Art and Photography is coming to end.
Thank you to all of my beautiful clients for your support, your business and your encouragement.

I’m so very grateful! Due to my planned move overseas, I plan to officially close the business by the end of the year.

However… Jo On The Go! Travel adventures is taking over this page. It’s a travel club/co-op with fabulous photos in fantastic places. I hope you will come along on the journey!
