I just finished photographing the most precious engagement session, and sitting at dinner with my family that brought me to my session, that sat in the truck and watched me do what I love.. it hit me all over again that this is actually my job. 🥹
Gabe told me when I got in the truck “ your spark is back, I see it all over you.” 😭😭 (photography burn out is so real, photogs take care of your mental health)
BUT I get to make a living doing something I genuinely love. I get to meet the sweetest people, tell your love story, watch your families grow, document babies before they’re even here, photograph milestones, motherhood, and all of the little in-between seasons that go by way too fast.
And somehow… you guys trust me with all of that.
I’m just so freaking thankful.
For every person who has booked a session, shared one of my posts, recommended me to a friend, left a sweet review, come back year after year, or simply supported my work from the sidelines — thank you.
There are a lot of super talented photographers in our area you could choose. The fact that you choose me, invite me into your lives, and allow me to create something that will live in your families long after our session is over… I don’t take that lightly.
This little business has given me more than I ever expected it to. A creative outlet, a career I love, friendships, memories, and the opportunity to build a life doing something that genuinely feels like me.
I’m just really, really grateful to be here.
And I hope you know that every single time you book me, you’re supporting a real person who still gets ridiculously excited that she gets to call this her job. 🤎😭
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
