Photography is subjective. You can't be "the best" to everyone, but you will be to someone. Market yourself as honestly and as straightforward as possible. This is what I do. This is how I do it. There is a market for YOU. Don't be a stressed out version of someone else. Be the very best and most creative version of yourself. If you're a photographer, you have to let your subject guide your art. You have to be inspired by THEM if you want to give them genuine and authentic pictures. No amount of poses, props or trendy edits can give you that edge. You have to learn to communicate with people to notice and capture connections. I love what I do, but if I worry too much about what others are doing, I don't love it as much because I'm not trusting my own artistic instincts. You're good. You need to believe that. You won't grow if you're hanging out in somebody else's shade.
