💛 The Best Way to Show Up for Others? Take Time for Yourself! 💛

I’ve learned that the best way I can show up for the people I love is by spending some time alone. ✨

Do you ever feel like you need more time for yourself, too?

Here are 3 simple things I do for myself to stay focused and connected:

1️⃣ Declutter – Before my day gets started, I do a quick run-through of the house to tidy up, light candles/scent diffusers. When my space feels organized, so does my mind! 🏡✨

2️⃣ Read – One of my favorite ways to recharge is getting lost in a good book. A cup of coffee or tea and a few quiet moments with a great story? The best. ☕📖

3️⃣ Exercise – Moving my body helps me reset. Whether it’s a run, yoga, or a HIIT workout, I make time at least 3x a week to recharge. 💪🏽

I focus on lifestyle photography, which means I capture natural, candid moments that tell a story. No stiff poses—just real emotions and genuine connections! Some of my favorite shots come from in-between moments when you’re not even thinking about the camera. 📷

✨ 2. What should I wear to my session?
Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident! Neutral colors and soft tones photograph beautifully, but the most important thing is that you feel like YOU. I always send styling tips before a session to help you plan.

✨ 3. How do you make clients feel comfortable in front of the camera?
I keep sessions fun and relaxed by guiding you through simple movements instead of rigid poses. I’ll give you prompts, play music, and create an environment where you feel at ease—so your personality shines through!
