🤍 A Love That Serves 🤍

One of the most powerful moments from this wedding day wasn't the vows, the rings, or even the first kiss.

It was this.

A husband and wife kneeling before one another, washing each other's feet as a symbol of humility, sacrifice, and servant-hearted love.

In a world that often focuses on what we can receive, this moment was a beautiful reminder of what marriage is truly about: choosing to serve one another every day.

"Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another's feet."
— John 13:14

Marriage isn't about perfection. It's about partnership. It's about putting each other first, extending grace, and walking through life side by side with Christ at the center.

What a beautiful example of biblical love. ❤️

There are fewer arena shots than usual this round due to the poor lighting in the indoor arena on Saturday & because I spent a lot of the weekend photographing private sessions and portraits.

Even so, I was still able to capture nearly 200 action shots from the weekend!

🌿 Some places just have a way of slowing life down life for a moment. ✨

Tucked inside the greenhouse at Sharp Farm, surrounded by sunshine, flowers, and a little bit of magic, these two reminded me that the best photos aren't about perfect poses.

They're about connection. The smiles, the laughter, the way they look at each other... those are the moments that matter most. 🤍

Sometimes, all you need is a beautiful setting and someone you love. The rest just falls into place.

🌙 🇺🇸 A SPECIAL THANK YOU 🇺🇸 🌙

While most of us are asleep in our campers, hotels, or at home getting ready for another day of showing, there's one person still hard at work.

This veteran is out here at MIDNIGHT dragging the arena so every CMHA- Central Michigan Horseman's Association & Horse Shows competitor can start tomorrow with a safe, freshly groomed arena.

The long days, late nights, and behind-the-scenes work often go unnoticed, but horse shows like this simply wouldn't happen without people willing to put in the extra effort when nobody is watching.

Tomorrow, if you see him around the fairgrounds, please take a moment to thank him. A handshake, a smile, or a few kind words can go a long way.

Thank you for your service to our country, and thank you for your dedication to our horse show community. Because of people like you, our riders and horses get to compete in the best arena possible.

Due to the poor lighting conditions inside the indoor arena, we will not be capturing action/ringside photos in the indoor arena at this time.

We're hoping classes will be moved back to the outdoor arena soon, where lighting conditions allow for much better-quality images.

In the meantime, we'd love to see you at our booth! 🤍🐴

Sharp Farm never disappoints. ❤️

The Highland cows. The vintage tractor. The beautiful property. The peaceful country atmosphere.

It's the kind of place that feels like it was made for making memories.

This sweet family spent the evening exploring the farm, sharing laughs, stealing hugs, and soaking in time together while I captured it all along the way.

And honestly? That's what family photos should be.

Not stiff poses.
