Here's a little Zaylee update. Medicated by Dr. Was quite unstable on her feet for her shaving, still gave us alot of resistance. We started with shaving knowing she was better for that. She was quite resistant when shaving her legs but we got it done. Bath was still a no go. We did let her sit in tub and rub the sprayer on her and she was OK. Squirted the water a few times then let her exit the tub like a lady. Hayden LaCommare is ordering some ear plugs for her it may be just the sound of the sprayer. AND LOOK!! she got on the couch for the first time! Normally she puts herself in her crate. Breakthrough?? I dont know but feels like a win in my book ❤️ thank you Hayden and Isabella Nelson for taking time out of your busy schedules to help me help this girl ❤️🐾

Just another late 2am rescue!!

They are horses, and were spotted within the past 6 hours. Should be easy to find. Wrong!

We got a call late last night on a horse and a pony that had escaped and were on the run. One confirmed sighting from a trail cam picture was all we had to go on.
This was a vast area of swamps, small wooded lots, powerlines and very little open fields apx 400 acres in total was my search area.
After searching the direction I was givin from the trail cam picture for nearly 2.5 hours and no luck I decided to take a break and study the map a little closer.
Pulling up the map it showed any water areas and creeks, most animals will follow areas like this .
" can lead a horse to water"... hmm well the creek lead me to the horses that were following the water.
As big as they are, the 2nd they would go into any wooded area with foliage they practically disappeared and made it hard to follow.
I was able to send Holly and her daughter the coordinates which they were able to track through the woods and get to them.
Both are food motivated so shaking the grain bucket and calling them worked out just fine.
It was a long 2 mile walk back to the farm at 2:30am😴😴
