You can have that on your wedding day. You don’t have to feel rushed, you don’t have to feel pressured, you don’t have to feel uncertain.

And you are allowed to be comfortable and confident in your decisions!

Any good wedding team will help you feel all of these things, whether it’s a full on wedding or a destination elopement.

Hire someone who knows the industry, so they can set realistic expectations and walk you through a timeline that allows for all of this—I pinky promise, it’s possible.

I am actually so obsessed with these little caricatures of my life 🥹

Being a mama is truly my greatest blessing and calling in life, as hard as it can be. Everyday I get to wake up and help raise these little humans and everyday I pray I do it justice. Everyday I pray to raise them up in kindness, love, and most importantly, in Faith.

Being able to work (mostly) from home has been a huge blessing for our little family and I feel so incredibly grateful that I get to do that.

I have been a wedding photographer for close to 11 years. I have seen it ALL, and please don’t get me wrong.

Everyone starts somewhere, and I am a firm believer that there’s space for everyone, BUT…

Being a wedding photographer and documenting moments that you can’t re-do is something that should be taken seriously, especially when money is being exchanged.

If you are someone who wants to get into weddings, PLEASE second shoot first. It’s so important to learn what you’re doing before jumping in! Know your gear, learn how to direct people, watch people and get an idea of what moments are special. Make sure you have gear that can protect those special moments: dual card slot, multiple hard drives, and a firm backup system just to name a few.

Photos are more than the posed moments, they’re about the tears, the hand holding, the laughter, the details, the mundane moments.

I want to be here to document all of that for you, but most importantly, I want YOU to love your photos the most.
